Gloria Wiglesworth Obituary

Gloria Jean Holland Wiglesworth, 84, wife of 64 years to Harry T. Wiglesworth, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at Grand Haven Nursing Home.

Born February 22, 1938 in Cynthiana to the late Woodrow & Mary Lou Rawlings Holland, she was a 1956 graduate of Harrison County High School, a former employee of Jockey International and member of the Cynthiana Christian Church. Gloria loved sewing, cooking and canning vegetables from her garden.

Additional survivors include her children: Jeffrey Lane Wiglesworth & Jennifer Wiglesworth Hurst, both of Cynthiana; a granddaughter, Jessica Hurst (Ryan) Casteel, of Owen County; and 2 great-grandchildren, Emma & Rylan Casteel.

Also preceding her in death were 2 brothers, David & Bobby S. Holland.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2022 in Jacksonville Cemetery by Dr. Larry Bishop.

Family and friends will serve as casketbearers.
