H.T. Wiglesworth

Harry Talbott “H.T.” Wiglesworth, 86, husband of 64 years to the late Gloria Jean Holland Wiglesworth, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Pine Meadows Post Acute in Lexington.

Born October 3, 1936 in Harrison County to the late William & Lucille Copes Wiglesworth, he was a graduate of Cynthiana High School, a U.S. Army veteran, a retired employee of the Ladish Co., a longtime farmer and member of Cynthiana Christian Church.  H.T. enjoyed spending time at home.

Surviving are his children: Jeffrey Lane Wiglesworth & Jennifer Wiglesworth Hurst, both of Cynthiana; a granddaughter, Jessica Hurst (Ryan) Casteel, of Owen County; and 2 great-grandchildren, Emma & Rylan Casteel.

Also preceding him in death were a brother, Harold S. Wiglesworth, and a sister, Edith M. Jackson.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 13th in Jacksonville Cemetery by Dr. Larry Bishop.

Family and friends will serve as casketbearers.
