James T. Cain, 87, of Cynthiana, passed away Monday, January 27. 2020, at Grand Haven Nursing Home.
He was born in Harrison County, Kentucky, October 7, 1932 to the late Nim and Myrtle Workman Cain and was a lifelong farmer
Survivors include one sister, Dorothy Mitchell, of Cynthiana, and his nephews: David, Gary & Randy Mitchell and Bobby S. Barnes. Several great-nieces & nephews and cousins also survive.
Also preceding him in death was a sister, Thelma Alice Barnes, a brother, Wallace Cain, and a nephew, Kenneth Ray Barnes.
Services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Thursday, January 30 at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home by Rev. Josh Hildebrand. Burial will follow in Battle Grove Cemetery
Casketbearers are Bobby S. Barnes, Ronald & Carl Ray Ecklar, J. Frank Marsh, David Mitchell, Gary Mitchell, Randy Mitchell and Bobby Norton
Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Thursday.
