Lillian Royce Duncan Burrows, 81, wife of Lloyd Douglas Burrows, Jr, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024 at her home in Harrison County.
Born November 23, 1942 in Bourbon County to the late Logan Gregg & Martha Bell Vest Duncan, she was a 1960 graduate of Bourbon County High School, a former employee of Trane Company and I.B.M, a co-owner of Two Mules Antiques and was of the Methodist faith. Lillian enjoyed cooking and reading cookbooks, antiques, needlepoint, crochet, gardening and watching movies.
Additional survivors include 4 children: Dusty (Marti) Burrows of Atlanta, Georgia, Mark Burrows of Alexandria, Virginia, Todd Burrows of Cynthiana & Tina (Randy) Leslie of Lexington; a brother, Gerald Duncan (Tawana Banks) of Powell County; 7 grandchildren: Brandon, Austin, Brittany, Scott & Margaret Ann Burrows and Jeff & Greg (Kelsey) Leslie; and 3 great-grandchildren: Nolan, Calister & Morgan Leslie.
Also preceding her in death was a brother, Vernon Clark.
Graveside services by Chaplain Phillip Moody will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 11th in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Georgetown.
